FACILITY AS FRANCHISEE "KRATON" Nasi Goreng Jawa
- Package promotion efforts (banners, light boxes, menu book etc.).
- Initial and on going training of employees at headquarters "KRATON"
- Quality control and monitoring.
- Assisting survey locations.
- Manual book or SOP (standard operating procedure)
- Support material consistently.
- Conducting joint promotional activities.
SUPPORT OF FRANCHISOR TO FRANCHISEE
- Assessing, consider and decide the feasibility of the business location.
- Helping the provision of business equipment "KRATON" Javanese fried rice
- Helping make the selection and training of employees.
- Ensuring employees have sufficient skills and be able to run business operations.
- Conducting a national promotional activities.
- Conducting visits and quality control of all branches on a regular basis.
- Supplying staples to all branches of franchisee.
- Providing support and business consultation to all branches of franchisee.
ROLE OF FRANCHISEE
- Delivering the proposed business location to Franchisor, for example: food court, shopping center or other.
- Providing & recruiting executive personnel suitable with requirements and qualifications that will be trained to the Franchisor's headquarters.
- Responsible for the operational, sales and costs arising from the operational outlets.
- To order the raw materials that have been determined by the Franchisor and not use raw materials from other sources.
- Doing business operational supervision, employee discipline, service and cleanliness of outlet and provide guidance to all employee performance.
- Actively promoting around the location of the business (minimum radius of 1 km from the location of the business) in addition to the campaign was run nationally.
- Responsible for the cost to rent a place or business location.
